Welcome to You Inside You and YouInsideYou.com. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, coaching, consulting, retreats, workshops, podcast, and all related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Services offered by Trine Schmidt or You Inside You (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy & Consent Policy and Participant Release Form.
1. Services and Eligibility
1.1. The Services include individual and group coaching, consulting, online courses, workshops, retreats, digital products, podcast interviews, and other educational or developmental offerings.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to access our Services. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
1.3. These Services are designed for educational and personal development purposes only and are not psychotherapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment, even though Trine Schmidt is a licensed psychotherapist.
2. Term, Payment & Renewal
2.1. The term of this Agreement begins when you purchase or enroll in Services and continues for the duration specified at checkout or in your client agreement.
2.2. All payments are due in the manner stated at checkout or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans must be completed as agreed, and the Client authorizes the Company to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees.
2.3. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. A 7-day cancellation window may apply to certain programs and must be requested in writing to [email protected]. After this period, no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
2.4. Any late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services. You agree to pay all collection costs, attorney fees, and related expenses if necessary to recover unpaid balances.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All content, methods, frameworks, and materials shared through You Inside You — including but not limited to The Relationship Freedom Code™, The Integration Code™, The Boundary Code™, exercises, audio/video files, workbooks, and written materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Trine Schmidt.
3.2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use materials for your personal learning only. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or modify materials without prior written permission.
3.3. Any violation of these rights may result in termination of Services and legal action.
4. Recording, Media Use & Consent
4.1. Many live events, workshops, group coaching sessions, podcasts, or retreats may be recorded for educational, promotional, or training purposes.
4.2. By participating, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your image, voice, and contributions in recordings, videos, transcripts, or other media, without compensation.
4.3. Recordings may be used in future programs, trainings, publications, podcasts, or marketing materials.
4.4. If you do not wish to be recorded or identifiable, you may keep your camera off, refrain from speaking during recorded portions, or notify us in writing before participation.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary or sensitive information shared during Services.
5.2. You may not disclose, copy, or share information learned about other participants, clients, or proprietary materials.
5.3. The Company may share anonymized or aggregated insights for training or marketing purposes without identifying individuals.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. You acknowledge that your results depend on your personal effort, motivation, and commitment. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.
6.2. You agree to act respectfully toward other participants and facilitators. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from programs without refund.
6.3. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after participation in the Services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trine Schmidt, You Inside You, and their affiliates, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your participation, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Services.
8.2. In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service in question.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
9.1. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all purchases are final.
9.2. For services with a 7-day refund window, requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
9.3. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, partial participation, or perceived lack of results.
10. Non-Disclosure & Non-Competition
You agree not to share or use the proprietary tools, methods, or frameworks from You Inside You for your own business or for teaching others without written permission.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
12. Attorneys’ Fees
In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs from the other party.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy & Consent Policy and Participant Release Form, constitutes the entire agreement between you and You Inside You. No oral statements or prior understandings shall modify these Terms unless in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy & Consent Policy, and the Participant Release Form.
